Lin Xu

Lin moved to Auckland in 2003 to pursue her studies, completing her high school education locally before graduating from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2010 with a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing. Having lived in New Zealand for many years, she understands local culture and communication styles well, which helps her connect naturally with both landlords and tenants.

Before joining Gralin Property Management, Lin gained extensive customer service and retail management experience working for well-known New Zealand jewellery brands, including Michael Hill and Walker & Hall. Her years in frontline roles strengthened her communication skills, attention to detail, customer care capabilities, and her ability to stay calm and solution-focused under pressure.

She joined the Gralin East team in 2022 as an Associate Property Manager. She provides reliable support across tenancy communication, maintenance coordination, documentation, and routine inspections. Known for her professionalism, patience, and strong sense of responsibility, Lin consistently delivers high-quality service and has earned positive feedback from both landlords and tenants.

Outside of work, Lin enjoys spending quality time with friends and loved ones, maintaining a balanced and positive lifestyle. Her warm and approachable personality naturally enhances her interactions with clients and helps build strong, trusting relationships.
