Luke Wu

Luke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Hohai University in China and a Graduate Diploma in Construction Project Management from Unitec. He began his career in Auckland’s residential construction sector before transitioning into property management, where he successfully managed more than 100 residential homes with a strong focus on compliance and communication.

With a solid technical background and practical field experience, Luke is highly skilled in routine and detailed inspections, Healthy Homes compliance, maintenance coordination, rent arrears management, Tribunal preparation, and WINZ tenancy support. His engineering training allows him to accurately diagnose property issues and offer practical, effective solutions that benefit both landlords and tenants.

Luke is known for his calm communication style, reliability, and strong attention to detail. His previous experience as the general manager of his family business has further strengthened his leadership and customer service capability.
