Linda began her career in Property Management in 2004 after completing the master's degree in Management from Auckland Massey University. With an intimate understanding of Auckland's Residential and Commercial markets throughout the Auckland basin, Linda has the local knowledge and experience to advise and further benefit her clients in all facets of property management. Having lived and breathed Property Management for most of her life, it was a natural progression for Linda, after working for some of Auckland largest Real Estate agencies, to establish GRALIN Property Management with the former co-founder Grace Hu in 2008.

An intelligent property management professional with over ten-year experience in the industry and a proven reputation for providing exceptional service and delivering premium results to her clients. Linda's personable and trustworthy demeanour make prospective clients feel very comfortable when dealing with her and her knowledge of the industry, from leasing to accounting, allows her to give clients a lot of information and options when discussing their investment property. Linda knows that the three most important things to anyone in property are cashflow, peace of mind and return on investment. To deliver these outcomes, she dedicates herself to proactive service and communication, to innovative ways of achieving client goals, and to the development of long term client relationships.

She liaises closely with clients, ensuring that she shares her wealth of knowledge of local trends and market conditions, and she remains the lynch-pin of all property management activity. Linda is enthusiastic about system implementation, procedures and staff training and believes that with the right tools, methodic procedures and staff training, property management can be straightforward, and efficient. With a successful career already established in the industry Linda is now firmly committed to caring for her portfolio and training her team of property management professionals.
